  Candidate with 4-7 years of rich experience in sales. Greate degree of Leading People Competency. Should have strong partnership and teamwork with high degree of Wise-Decision making. Experience in channel sales, preferably manging a team of executives and prior experience of managing distributors is essential.
Job Description
  Must have Skills of selling Premium Products & exposure to A & B class counters.
Candidate will be responsible for:-
- Handling of secondary sales team across the area.
- Achievement of sales target for the given area.
- Motivate & guide the sales team, train them keeping them engaged on all the initiatves related to the area.
- Identify new channel partners and also manage existing channel partners, Should be able to handlewide distribution network all across the region
